MOB Kitchen x Novice Kitchen

One of our goals for this year was to collaborate with Mob Kitchen, we weren't sure to what capacity, initially it was just manifesting. 

However this dream quickly became a reality when I was asked to appear as a guest mob, I was tasked with creating a simple yet tasty recipe for their audience of over 1 million across their various platforms. 

The recipe I chose for the faithful mob was my absolute favourite the ‘Sambal aubergine’ inspired by our very own Balinese Jam.

The Sambal is the star of the show, but there's no better supporting act when it comes to soaking up flavour like the aubergine. 

The appearance was a great success, here's to more collaborations in the future.
