Balinese Jam Poke

 

Ingredients:
Salmon
Novice Kitchen Balinese jam
Sugar
Lime juice
Fish sauce
Ponzu sauce
Spring onion
Shallots

Method:
Chop and dice 1 salmon fillet
In a bowl pour in about 6/7 tbs of ponzu sauce or 3/4 spoons of soy should work
Add 1 tsp of Novice kitchen Balinese jam
Add 1tbs sugar
Add juice of half a lime
Add 1-2 tbs fish sauce (to taste)
Chop half a shallot thinly
Chop 1 spring onion
Add Salmon and chopped onions to liquid mixture and cover, put it in the fridge to marinate for 30 mins.
After 30 mins pull out of fridge and serve garnish with chopped mangoes
