Gnocchi with Miso and Chorizo Style Sausage
Ingredients:
Gnocchi
White Miso
3 Egg yolks and 1 Egg
Black Pepper
Chilli flakes
Parmesan
Chorizo Style Sausage (any sausage works)
Method:
In a frying pan squeeze tiny chunks of sausage and fry until crispy
Whilst the sausage is frying, in a bowl add the eggs, grate some parmesan cheese, add a tbs of miso and 1tsp of chilli flakes.
Mix this all together and generously crack some black pepper into the bowl.
In a pot boil some water and season with some salt, add some Gnocchi and cook for 3-5 mins
Once the sausage is cooked, turn the hob off, add the Gnocchi and a ladle of the starchy Gnocchi water.
Pour in the egg mixture and mix this all together.
Serve this in a bowl, sprinkle with chilli flakes and grate some extra parmesan. ENJOY!!!
