Spaghetti and Pancetta in Soy Bean Paste

This dish was a complete accident and I’m glad because it absolutely slapped! The soy bean paste gave this the ultimate umami burst similar to miso! If there’s one recent recipe you need to try it’s this!

2 garlic Cloves
1/2 chilli
1 tbs soy bean paste

Boil some water for the spaghetti and salt well, cook the pasta for 9-10 mins
In a frying pan fry some pancetta until crispy and golden add in your chopped garlic and chilli on a low to medium heat until fragrant then add the soy bean paste and a big spoon of pasta water.
Add the pasta, stir well and add your chopped parsley toss this through and serve!! Enjoy Novices
