Spicy Clam Ramen
Ingredients:
100g Soba Noodles
1 Chilli
2 Garlic Cloves
Thumb sized piece of Ginger
4tbs Soy Sauce
2tbs Kecap Manis
1ladel Noodle water
Handful Basil
1tsp sesame oil
Method:
1) Chop your ginger into strips and lightly fry until golden brown
2) Chop the chilli and garlic
3) cook the noodles per packet instructions
4) Add the washed clams to the pan add the sesame oil, soy sauce, kecap manis, Basil and noodle water place a lid over the pot and cook until the clams open up
5) Add the noodles to a bowl pour over the sauce and stir until fully covered and enjoy
Tip - Add more soy and Chilli to taste
