Vietnamese Bun Cha
Ingredients
200g Pork mince
½ tbsp garlic
½ tbsp shallots
⅔ tbsp Fish sauce
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp molasses (optional) or 1 tbsp sugar
2 garlic cloves
1 chilli deseeded
Mint
Vermicelli Rice noodles
Dressing
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
8 tbsp water
1 tsp lime juice
Method dressing:
Mix all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil, then add the rest of the ingredients with a squeeze of lime to taste.
Method
Pork marinade

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave to marinate for at least 1hr

Shape the pork into meatballs and fry on a frying pan until golden brown and crispy on all sides

Serve with rice noodles, lettuce, mint, chopped Garlic and Ginger
